1. Scope of Services

RGE Cleaning Co provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in the Portland area, including: roof cleaning, gutter cleaning and flushing,  pressure washing, soft washing, exterior siding and surface cleaning

All work is performed by trained technicians using industry-standard tools and, when applicable, eco-friendly products.

2. Liability Coverage

RGE Cleaning Co carries general and umbrella liability insurance to protect against accidental property damage or bodily injury caused by our services, subject to the terms and coverage limits of our insurance policy.

3. Exclusions & Limitations

RGE Cleaning Co is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or deterioration to roofing, gutters, siding, paint, or exterior materials

• Damage due to poor construction, aging materials, or improperly installed components

• Water leaks or structural issues resulting from existing roof or gutter problems

• Damage to landscaping, outdoor decor, or personal belongings left in work areas

• Incidents caused by severe weather or natural elements during or after service

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective service, customers are responsible for:

• Providing access to work areas and exterior water sources

• Securing pets, vehicles, and personal property away from service zones

• Informing us of any known structural concerns or fragile materials before work begins

5. Hold Harmless Agreement

By hiring RGE Cleaning Co, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RGE Cleaning Co, its employees, and subcontractors from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from:

• Undisclosed property conditions

• Unsafe or hazardous environments not caused by our team

• Unauthorized interactions with equipment or active work areas

6. Insurance Documentation

Proof of general and umbrella liability insurance (COI) is available upon request prior to scheduled service.

7. Policy Revisions

RGE Cleaning Co may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website indicates your agreement to the current version.
